An Unforgettable Evening of Dining by the Sea at Nusa Dua

  • 8362

On August 28, Le Bleu by K Club welcomed 100 guests to The Longest Table, a landmark evening of luxury beachfront dining in Nusa Dua that brought together gastronomy, Balinese culture, live music, and the Indian Ocean beneath a full moon. Set to be an annual celebration of dining, The Longest Table places connection at the centre of luxury, bringing together guests around one continuous beachfront table, creating both a sense of intimacy and collective celebration. From the first ring of the bell to the final course beneath the full moon, every element formed part of one continuous story.

Set along the coastline of Le Bleu, the evening unfolded as a journey from sunset to moonlight for a celebration of dining, connection, and the beauty of the Balinese coast. Before taking their seats, each guest was invited to ring the bell, marking their arrival and signaling the beginning of the evening. As the bell sounded, guests were welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine, setting the tone for the experience ahead.

The arrival ritual continued with a traditional Balinese dance performance, offering guests a warm cultural welcome as they stepped into the evening. As darkness settled over the coastline and the full moon rose above the Indian Ocean, the vibrant beachfront arrival gradually transformed into an intimate dinner accompanied by a live violin performance beneath the night sky.

At the centre of the evening was a specially curated four-course menu with wine pairing option. The culinary journey opened with La Mise en Bouche, followed by Rose Hamachi Crudo & Caviar, before moving into Butter-Poached Slipper Lobster & Ravioli and Australian Black Angus Tenderloin. The evening concluded with a delicate Pistachio Parfait, accompanied by Le Bleu’s signature Café de la Lune cocktail.

“There are dinners remembered for what was served, and then there are dinners remembered for how they made you feel,” says Alban KIbarer, French entrepreneur and founder of K Club Group, “The simple act of gathering around one table to dine became the heart of the evening, a moment where everyone was present, together, sharing the same view and the same experience.”

The evening concluded beneath the moonlit sky, leaving guests with more than a memorable meal—it left behind a shared moment shaped by the sea, the setting, and the people gathered around the table. On this particular night, it was one table, one sunset, and one full moon.
