In response to the potential increase in the prices of basic necessities ahead of the year-end, Artha Graha Peduli (AGP) has once again launched the AGP Pasar MUrah program simultaneously across various regions in Indonesia. The program, which began on December 11, 2025, is being carried out in multiple areas, particularly within the operational regions of Artha Graha Group and Artha Graha Network units throughout the country.

The AGP Pasar Murah provides hundreds of thousands of basic food packages at affordable prices, including rice, cooking oil, sugar, and other essential household items. This initiative reflects AGP’s commitment to helping communities maintain their purchasing power amid rising food prices and increasing household economic pressures.

As a social foundation consistently distributing subsidized basic goods, AGP has long implemented Pasar Murah programs across numerous regions. The initiative continues to receive positive responses for effectively helping low-income groups and vulnerable communities gain access to food items at more affordable prices.

The AGP Pasar Murah program is not only aimed at easing the financial burden of communities but also at supporting government policies to maintain national food price stability. Through this initiative, AGP hopes to help families meet their essential needs as part of the social responsibility of Artha Graha Group and Artha Graha Network.

“This Pasar Murah initiative is our contribution to supporting the stability of food prices. We are committed to expanding the reach of this program and collaborating with various partners to ensure that communities can access essential goods at affordable prices,” said Luis Daniel Garcia, General Manager, Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel, Bali.

In Bali, the Pasar Murah program involves the participation of Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel, which plays a key role in supporting logistics and distribution. The program is being carried out at nine locations, at Musholla Al Muhajirin, FX Catholic Church Kuta, Wantilan 3, Rumah Do’a, Banjar Segara Kuta, Banjar Anyar Kuta, Banjar Pesalakan Kuta, Banjar Teba Sari Kuta, and DLHK Kuta, selected due to the high needs of the community during the year-end period.

Steve Sumolang, AGP Bali Field Coordinator, added, “We witnessed firsthand how this Pasar Murah initiative greatly helps the community, especially as the prices of basic necessities tend to rise toward the end of the year. With the support of Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel, this program has been carried out smoothly across nine locations around Kuta, ensuring the benefits are felt widely by the residents.”

AGP invites communities in all implementation areas to take advantage of this program, in the hope that it will help reduce the impact of rising food prices while supporting family economic stability.
