Leading hospitality group, Far East Hospitality, launches Your Family Moments campaign, entailing a multitude of family-friendly guest touchpoints during stays across the group’s eight serviced residences in Singapore: Adina Serviced Apartments Singapore Orchard, Far East Plaza Residences, Oasia Residence Singapore, Orchard Parksuites, Orchard Scotts Residences, Village Residence Hougang, Village Residence Robertson Quay, and Village Residence West Coast.
Thoughtfully curated touchpoints ensure an elevated welcome experience, engaging stay and a fond farewell. From fun and games with activity books, kid-friendly baking sets and Play-Doh to customized duvets, fun-sized furniture and more, families are invited to create memorable experiences at Far East Hospitality’s serviced residences.
“Your Family Moments campaign was conceptualized to offer meaningful touchpoints for families to elevate their stays at our serviced residences. Often, families are staying with us for extended periods of time and perhaps during a stressful life stage (such as a relocation or renovations), so we aim to make them feel as relaxed as possible and to create their own fun family moments during their stay,“ said Ms Tan Chia Hui, Head of Sales Operations at Far East Hospitality.
Headlining the campaign are lovable campaign mascots, Berry and Peary, an adorable strawberry and pear duo with irresistible smiles that are sure to delight young guests. As part of Your Family Moments, apartments in the serviced residences will be transformed ahead of guest arrivals.
Beds in children bedrooms will be decked in customized duvet covers with prints of Berry and Peary, alongside fun-sized bunny-ear furniture with Berry and Peary’s signature pastel green and pink placed in the living room.
Upon arrival, families receive an exclusive welcome kit, consisting of a canvas bag for kids filled with an activity and coloring book, color pencils, stickers and snacks; a family baking set with different sizes of aprons for adults and children, and wooden baking tools suitable for little hands; as well as an engaging rainbow stacker game to bring fun and laughter during the stay.
Each family will be gifted with charming plushies of Berry and Peary, delightful and huggable companions to accompany them on exciting adventures throughout their stay. Families with infants will receive a mini exclusive version of the plushies, a proportionate companion for their journey.
To keep little ones engaged throughout their stay, families will receive a Play-Doh Kitchen Creations Spinning Treats Mixer, allowing for unforgettable, fun family moments over the creation of whimsical and colorful pretend Play-Doh cookies, cupcakes and more. When families say goodbye to their home away from home, they will be gifted a polaroid picture of their stay to ensure memories that last.
Families with pets are not forgotten. Most Far East Hospitality Serviced Residences are pet-friendly, so furry family members can join in the family moments during the stay. Upon arrival, pets are gifted with a welcome kit, packed with herbal pet shampoo, a toy, litter bag and a pet key chain and pen for their human.
Each of Far East Hospitality’s 8 serviced residence options in Singapore boast unique elements, ensuring that all needs are met. Adina Serviced Apartments Singapore Orchard is conveniently located in between the Somerset and Dhoby Ghaut, in close proximity to a number of shopping malls and supermarkets. The area is also very family-oriented, and there are plenty of child-friendly dining options nearby. Meanwhile, Village Residence Robertson Quay is perched on the Singapore River; residents here can stretch their legs and explore the many cafes and restaurants that line the river. For more active families, Orchard Parksuites offers a swimming pool and tennis courts.
