Embark on a truly unique dining experience, nestled within a mesmerizing cave, and experience the depths of luxury with a new subterranean menu.

The cave by Chef Ryan Clift is an exquisite dining destination serving a seven-course or ten- course menu of modern gastronomy with optional wine and cocktail pairing.

This high-end restaurant is now launching the fifth menu, a fusion of flavors from different cultures complementing each other with each course. Crafted with precision by Chef Ryan using top-quality ingredients, highlights include Amaebi with Tigre de Leche, Potato Terrine with bone marrow and caviar, Foie gras Paris Brest, and Wagyu Pot au Feu.

Chef Ryan and his team will help everyone who steps into the cave enjoy a unique and extensive culinary involvement. Not to be ignored, Nyoman Suwinda, Food and Beverage manager and the winner of Bali’s Junior Sommelier 2017 creates a delightful wine and cocktail menu to be paired with The Cave’s subterranean menu.

Offering more than just a fine-dining venue, The cave adds to its epicurean flair of exquisite dining with an exceptional ambiance amidst a rare atmosphere of a cave, accompanied by a 3D mapped projector show set out on the cave’s walls in between courses. This luxurious and one-of-a-kind setting, promises to leave a lasting impression on your senses.

His second Psychology-Mystery novel, Dream, earned him the recognition as one of best young writers at the Khatulistiwa Literary Award ceremony in 2009. Equal to his love of words is his passion to see the world, and his desire to travel haunts him. He is still in search for a place to call “home”.
