Out with the old, in with the blue!

From the kitchen to the bar and everything in between. September 6 will see an honest, no-frills collaboration between the two loved venues, celebrating all things hospitality and shining a light on some heavy hitting local talent.

Bali- based, Melbourne-trained collective FED will don their whites alongside Lorenzo De Petris at Mosto for one night only. Famed front man Made Dhanu’s passion for sustainability and raw ingredients pairs well with De Petris’s funky yet classic approach to dining. Featuring FED’s bread with oyster tarama and charcoal oil – a symphony of flavours from both chefs, BBQ lamb with coriander, green chili chermoula; an oxtail rendang xian bing with cotija cheese; and house – made rigatoni, tomato zozzona with a chili crunch. All dishes available until sold out.

Mosto x Fed signature cocktails will flow throughout the night, along with some exclusive natty wines by the glass, poured by Hubertus himself. Joining the soiree, ultimate groove masters Get the Gat and Julian (FED) will be parked on the windowsill setting the mood from 5pm – late.
