New year sparkling wine & Chef Amuse Bouche, Organic Beet, Tomato & Burrata, Seared Tofu Scallpo, Wild Mushroom & Herb Truffle Risotto, and Golden of the Year dessert.

With tunes from a saxophonist and eclectic music from the DJ setting the mood, this experience is the perfect start to a memorable night. As the clock counts down to 2026, the restaurant will present a series of captivating performances, including LED water drum shows and aerial dancers. Guests then can enjoy the Countdown Party to continue the celebration until the dawn of 2026, dancing their way into the new year with top DJs and culminating in a breathtaking fireworks display lighting up Nusa Dua’s sky in spectacular fashion.
